{"id":3549,"date":"2025-08-10T08:00:00","date_gmt":"2025-08-10T08:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/karinalopez.mx\/?p=3549"},"modified":"2025-08-19T16:48:38","modified_gmt":"2025-08-19T16:48:38","slug":"impacto-de-los-agentes-de-ia-generativa-en-marketing","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/karinalopez.mx\/en\/impacto-de-los-agentes-de-ia-generativa-en-marketing\/","title":{"rendered":"Impacto de los Agentes de IA generativa en Marketing"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wp-block-post-date\"><time datetime=\"2025-08-10T08:00:00+00:00\">August 10, 2025<\/time><\/div>\n\n\n<p>Hasta hace poco, el uso de la IA generativa en las empresas se limitaba principalmente a tareas creativas, generaci\u00f3n de contenido o en el an\u00e1lisis de datos; pero la nueva frontera ya se movi\u00f3 de la generaci\u00f3n hacia <em>&#8220;la ejecuci\u00f3n&#8221;<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember1060\">Hoy, las organizaciones est\u00e1n dando un paso m\u00e1s all\u00e1, integrando Agentees de IA generativa (agentic generative AI) para automatizar procesos clave, proporcion\u00e1ndoles autonom\u00eda y capacidad de decisi\u00f3n para optimizar desde flujos de operaci\u00f3n hasta tareas complejas que antes requer\u00edan de nuestra intervenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember1061\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 significa \u201cAgentic Generative AI\u201d?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember1062\">No se trata solo de modelos que generan texto, c\u00f3digo o im\u00e1genes, sino de sistemas completos que pueden:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tomar decisiones dentro de par\u00e1metros pre-definidos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ejecutar tareas de forma independiente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aprender del entorno y optimizar sus acciones.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinar tareas en conjunto con otras herramientas de un ecosistema digital.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember1064\">En otras palabras, son agentes independientes con la capacidad de ejecutar tareas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember1065\">De asistentes pasivos a agentes activos en Marketing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember1066\">En marketing, el verdadero potencial de los agentes de IA generativa va mucho m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de redactar contenidos o automatizar campa\u00f1as.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember1067\">Estos agentes pueden ser programados para dise\u00f1ar, lanzar y optimizar campa\u00f1as de forma aut\u00f3noma: desde la segmentaci\u00f3n din\u00e1mica de audiencias basada en el comportamiento en tiempo real, hasta la generaci\u00f3n de mensajes personalizados para cada segmento, la ejecuci\u00f3n de pruebas A\/B y la redistribuci\u00f3n del presupuesto hacia las campa\u00f1as con mejor desempe\u00f1o\u2026 <strong>todo sin intervenci\u00f3n humana.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember1068\"><em>El resultado:<\/em><em> <\/em>una orquestaci\u00f3n inteligente de funciones clave del marketing y de los equipos involucrados, donde la ejecuci\u00f3n precisa y continua de agentes aut\u00f3nomos de IA opera 24\/7 para maximizar el impacto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember1069\">Esto ya est\u00e1 ocurriendo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember1070\">\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 esta tendencia es clave para las empresas?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember1071\">Porque responde a tres problemas estructurales:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\" start=\"1\">\n<li><strong>Escalabilidad sin complejidad:<\/strong><strong> <\/strong>Permite automatizar procesos sin necesidad de multiplicar herramientas, sistemas o personal; lo que permite a las empresas crecer sin perder eficiencia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Toma de decisiones m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida:<\/strong><strong> <\/strong>Estos agentes no solo ejecutan tareas, sino que tambi\u00e9n recomiendan y priorizan acciones basadas en datos en tiempo real.
