I have spent over 25 years helping companies transform ideas into high-impact strategies. Throughout my career, I have led marketing, business development, and consulting projects across sectors such as education, healthcare, sports, consumer goods, and energy. I have managed teams of over 200 people, spearheaded more than 1,000 projects, and partnered with both global powerhouses like FEMSA and Maurten, and visionary entrepreneurs looking to scale their brands, including Antonio Argüelles and Marcela Novau.
Along the way, I've designed, refined, and implemented strategies that have become the foundation for sustainable growth. What drives me is a deep curiosity to understand why some businesses thrive while others stagnate, and how a clear, well-designed strategy can make a difference. Implementing methodologies that align vision, marketing, and execution has become my calling.
