He dedicado más de 25 años a ayudar a empresas a transformar ideas en estrategias que funcionan. A lo largo de mi carrera he liderado proyectos de marketing, desarrollo de negocios y consultoría en sectores como educación, salud, deportes, consumo y energía. He dirigido equipos de más de 200 personas, desarrollado más de 1,000 proyectos y acompañado tanto a empresas globales como FEMSA y Maurten, como a emprendedores que buscan escalar su marca, entre ellos Antonio Argüelles y Marcela Novau.
Along the way, I've designed, refined, and implemented strategies that have become the foundation for sustainable growth. What drives me is a deep curiosity to understand why some businesses thrive while others stagnate, and how a clear, well-designed strategy can make a difference. Implementing methodologies that align vision, marketing, and execution has become my calling.
As a consultant and mentor, I have had the privilege of supporting entrepreneurs, executives, and organizations in Latin America, the United States, and other markets. My work focuses on companies and leaders where the stakes are high, and where clarity and direction can mean the difference between success and inertia.
Today, I dedicate part of my time to one-on-one mentoring with entrepreneurs and supporting businesses that want to grow with intention. My approach combines strategic clarity and close support so that leaders not only have a plan, but also the certainty of how to execute it.
I live in Mexico, where I founded Quali Consulting and developed my personal brand, Marketing with Karina. Outside of work, I'm passionate about learning, traveling, hiking, and transforming experiences—like the Camino de Santiago—into strategic lessons. Because, just like on the road, in business, every step counts when taken with purpose.

Four years ago, I discovered hiking as a way to reconnect with myself and nature. From that experience, my "Leave Only Footprints" initiative was born, a movement that inspires environmental care through simple actions: take only memories, leave only footprints, and preserve every natural space as if it were unique.
In search of new paths, this year I walked the Camino de Santiago, an experience that transformed my understanding of strategy, growth, and life itself. I learned that every step, no matter how small, can take you far when taken with intention.

That's why I created the conference "Silence, Steps, and Strategy," a space where I transform the lessons of hiking and the Camino de Santiago into practical learning for businesses seeking purposeful growth.
